Di Grazia (Pty) Ltd is a multi-disciplinary civil engineering construction company, with proven capabilities in the civil engineering field since 2016. Di Grazia is registered with the Construction Industry Development Board as a contractor with the ability to perform work within the 7CE, 6GB PE scope.

Our History

Where we come from

Di Grazia (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black owned company that was established in Durban, KZN in the year 2016. The primary function of the company is to provide construction services to the Government sectors, developers, funding agents, and development organizations. Our management and staff have a complimentary experience in project management, design engineering and site supervision.

Meet the director

Toneka Dlaba

Director

Toneka Dlaba founded Di Grazia in 2016 and for the past 9 years occupied the position of CEO of the Company. Toneka holds a Bachelor of Technology: Civil Engineering (Specialising in Urban Engineering) and has in excess of 10 years post graduate experience in the civil engineering industry, working on large scale construction projects for Stefanutti stocks as a site Engineer and for Group Five coastal as a senior quality Engineer, managing various project quality plans.

Project description:
Endumeni Local Municipality civil maintenance project for 3 years.

Project description:
Construction of earthworks, layerworks, surfacing, drainage, retaining structures, and the upgrade of Kwamanzamnyama River Bridge.

Concrete structures projects

Project description:
Construction of Bridge No. 3293, Jiyane Buffels River vehicle bridge.
Project value: R25 Million

Project description:
Structural concrete repairs and maintenance at Coastal KZN TVET College - Durban Campus for a period of 24 months.

Project description:
The repair of spalled concrete and deteriorated structural steel members on Balancing Reservoir No.1.

Outfall sewer and bulk water projects

Project description:
The supply and laying of 13.5km of sewer main reticulation (Northdene) with pipe sizes varying from 110mm to 450mm dia. and provision of erf connections.
Project value: R22 Million

Project description:
Construction of a bulk sewerage system including sewerage treatment to Lloyds, Chris Hani, and Ntshawini settlements as part of Phase 2 (Two) of the Groutville D Sanitation Scheme.
